These are an amazing rare mushroom that grows in salt water. They have a very strong scent and mushroom flavour that can be used as truffle are. These mushrooms compliment the flavour of a dish and give it depth. You do not need very much of this product in any dish, just a pinch will give the desired lift.
This product is dried and we do have them fresh at times.
